Shared Services
At Salient, we have set-up a Shared Services Centre to provide a centralized system related to finance & accounting, payroll, Human Resources, administration and IT Services for all the group company Businesses.

Our Shared Services Centre initiative has enabled us to achieve economies of scale by creating a separate internal organization within the Group to perform processing through consolidation of common Business Processes Services that are currently performed at multiple locations.

Governed by a Service Level Agreement, the Shared Service Centre realigns and repositions the common support functions along with organizational, technology and process services, thereby improving the Client/ Service provider relationship with the rest of the business.

Salient set-up the BILT Power shared services centre in May'08 where our F&A team managed the entire back office processes for the Nagpur electricity distribution project. This included the CRM, F&A and technology related services.
