Circuit Inventory Management
Services provided by Salient are complete solutions to Inventory Management which includes:

  • fill in new orders, deletions of existing services, moves, add, changes, deletion and modification of services.

Order Management
Services provided by salient are an extension of the already existing arms of the client to help obtain the Invoices / CSR’s / Bills / Account summary through email, fax or phone on monthly basis. Requests/ reminders are sent to vendors on a monthly basis to retrieve the bills / invoices on time, to enable timely payment of the invoices post a due review and analysis. Document Management
Document Management as a service entails conversion of paper documents & records into electronic files to be stored at the client side. The scanned documents are electronically archived and the scanned images are tagged on to different folders/ bins using unique identification marks based on certain rules defined by the client. Scanned images can be retrieved from the system using these unique identification marks.

Dispute Management
Tracking of invoice-related disputes, documentation and passive negotiation support to facilitate timely dispute settlements, effective resolution of claims and produce clear and documented credit requests.
