The Challenge
Assignment had to be taken
from the existing service
provider (a Big 4 Consulting
Company) immediately. Since
the payroll processing was for
senior management, multiple
challenges in migration and
execution existed like
confidentiality, tax
structuring due to flexible
payment mode and interaction
with the employees.

process deficiencies,
information leaks, quality and
control losses. Existing
payroll process was then
redesigned to remove these
gaps and inefficiencies.
